The Windows Phone Store is ever growing, but sometimes the application you’re looking for is only available for Android or iOS. Here is you’re opportunity to request applications and show those companies just how much interest there is for seeing that application on the Windows Phone platform.

Some guidelines for submitting requests

(Remember, there is just one person maintaining this site right now so I’m asking you to help me keep the request quality high.)

• Please search for your application first to limit the number of duplicate requests. Ideally, search the Windows Phone Store and WP Requests before creating your request.

• Please try to include a description of the application being requested and, if appropriate, a link to the company (or person) who developed the application. This helps me know who to contact for feedback/updates on status and also helps others who might want to vote on the request.

• Requests should be for a specific application by a company or a developer that has an application (or applications) on iOS and/or Android but not Windows Phone. While general requests for applications are appreciated, right now this forum isn’t the right place for them. (If there is enough interest, I may add a second forum.)

• Please try to keep your requests to one application per request. There are several companies/developer who make multiple applications that could run on Windows Phone, but submitting a single request for all of them doesn’t help us (or them) prioritize them. Requests containing multiple applications may be declined or you may be asked to split them up.

• Please suggest applications that do not already have an official application on the Marketplace. If you want to request enhancements, improvements, new features, bugs, etc. about an existing official application, please direct them to the appropriate developer or company. These requests will be politely declined on this site.

• If you want to request enhancements, improvements, new features, bugs, etc. about the Windows Phone operating system or any of the “built in” applications (like Mobile Internet Explorer, Zune, etc.), please do so at the Windows Phone Feature Suggestion Box. Such requests here on WP Requests will be politely declined.
