WordLens is the coolest optical character recognition and translation application you've ever seen in your life.

They seem really open to a Windows Phone version, but say that they need the ability to run assembly code or tuned C code and that won't be available from Windows Phone until Windows Phone 8.
This absolutely has to be on the requested app list, though.

According to the Quest Visual Twitter account (@questvisual), this isn't possible with the current Windows Phone OS, but they are looking at possibly making it available in Windows Phone 8.
